About Inversiq
Building the decision layer
for complex enterprises.
Inversiq connects evidence, models, workflows, rules and human judgment in one governed operating layer.
Why We Exist
Critical decisions still happen between systems.
Enterprises have systems for storing documents, data and transactions. The reasoning, judgment and approvals behind material decisions still remain fragmented.
Inversiq is built to close that gap.

Systems of record store what happened.
Inversiq governs how decisions happen.
Evidence, assumptions, rules, reviewers and outcomes remain connected throughout the decision process.

What We Believe
The principles behind how we build.
Evidence before output.
Material conclusions should remain connected to the sources that support them.
Conclusion

Human judgment stays accountable.
AI can structure, validate and recommend. People retain authority over material decisions.
Finding
Approved by reviewer
Governance is structural.
Permissions, rationale, approvals and auditability belong inside the workflow.
Decision record
Depth before breadth.
Build deeply for one operating environment, then extend the underlying platform.
Where We Start
Commercial Real Estate is the first full vertical.
Dense deal materials, financial models, lease evidence, approvals and high-value decisions make it a demanding environment for governed decision infrastructure.
The platform is designed to extend to other complex operational environments without rebuilding the core decision layer.

Founders
Two brothers building the decision layer for complex enterprises.
Inversiq was founded by brothers Daniel and Michael, brought together by a shared fascination with artificial intelligence and a conviction that it should do more than generate answers.
Daniel studied computer science and econometrics and leads the product architecture and development of the Inversiq platform. Michael studied business administration and focuses on commercial strategy, customer development and bringing the platform into real operational environments.
Together, they combine technical systems thinking with a commercial understanding of how organisations actually make decisions.
Their aim is to build AI infrastructure that organisations can understand, control and trust when the decisions matter.

Long-Term
Decision infrastructure for operational industries.
The long-term goal is a governed layer through which complex organisations can understand evidence, apply decision logic, coordinate human judgment and execute controlled actions.
The central governed layer remains constant as new environments extend it.
