Careers

Build infrastructure that real decisions depend on.

Move fast. Own the outcome. Hold the standard.

Inversiq is a small, founder-led team building governed AI systems for high-value enterprise decisions.

You will work close to the architecture, the customer and the consequences of what you ship.

Own the outcome, not only the task.

Early-Stage Work

High ownership. Fast feedback. Very little distance from the problem.

This is not a role where requirements arrive fully formed and responsibility ends with a ticket. You help understand the problem, decide what should be built and stay accountable for the outcome.

What this means

Direct access to founders and customers
Broad ownership beyond a narrow ticket
Fast decisions and short feedback loops
Significant influence over product and architecture
Working software demonstrated regularly

What it does not mean

Hidden problems
Unclear ownership
Shipping unreliable logic for a good demo
Activity presented as progress
Chronic chaos treated as ambition
Ambiguous task
Clear problemClear ownerDefinition of doneWorking output

The Inversiq Way

How we build and work.

01

Build what people decide on.

Enterprise teams rely on the output. Correctness, evidence and defensibility matter beyond the demo.

Output

Source evidence

Defensible

02

See it, own it.

If you notice a problem, you own getting it resolved or made visible immediately.

Owned

03

Ask, don't guess.

Questions are professional. Hidden uncertainty is more dangerous than named uncertainty.

04

Disagree openly, commit fully.

Make the strongest case before a decision. Execute the chosen direction fully afterwards.

Progress is what works.

We value working, demonstrable output and customer value over visible busyness.

Infrastructure, not a feature pile.

We build systems that must hold up across customers, years and edge cases.

Operating Rhythm

Fast movement needs a clear rhythm.

Culture becomes real through how the week actually works.

Monday

Priorities made explicit

Status: Owner assigned

During the week

Blockers surfaced early

Friday

Working output demonstrated

Status: Definition of done agreed

Continuous

Code and quality review

Biweekly

1:1 focused on support and context

After incidents

Blameless review and systemic improvement

Status: Lesson documented

Rhythm, not chaos.
