Decision infrastructure

Turn the decision workflow itself into software.

Inversiq automates the work between raw institutional information and a decision that is ready for human authority. AI interprets the evidence. Deterministic software computes the numbers. Governance controls what can proceed. People hold the final authority.

The problem

Every input has a system. The decision often does not.

Documents live in data rooms. Models live in spreadsheets. Business data lives in systems of record. Judgement lives in people, meetings and email threads.

The decision itself depends on all of them. But reconstructing what evidence was used, what was assumed, what was calculated, what changed, which exception mattered and who approved it is difficult when the decision exists across systems rather than inside one governed path.

That is an architecture problem, not a discipline problem.

What decision infrastructure does

Automation carries the work. Authority stays with people.

01

AI interprets

Extracts and structures evidence from documents, language and context. Classification and extraction, not calculation.

02

Software computes

Official calculations run through deterministic code, executed as a pure function of its inputs, not composed by a language model.

03

Governance controls

Rules, validation, exceptions, workflow state and authority determine what may proceed, and what must stop.

04

People decide

Material judgement and final authority remain with named people. Automation does not have the final word.

Inversiq automates the work up to the point where human judgement or authority is required.

Why now

The better AI gets, the larger the control problem becomes.

More capable models can interpret more evidence and take on more of the knowledge work behind a decision. That increases how much institutional work software can carry. But model capability alone does not answer the questions that make a decision defensible.

1

AI capability rises

Models interpret more evidence, more reliably

2

More work can be automated

More of the workflow becomes software

3

More decision work moves into software

Not just analysis — the path itself

4

The governance requirement rises with it

What model capability alone does not answer

  • Which evidence is authoritative?
  • Which calculation is official?
  • Which policy applied?
  • When must the process stop?
  • Who has authority?
  • What record must remain?

The governance gate

The system can refuse.

A decision does not become ready because a model produced an answer. It becomes ready when evidence, computation, validation and authority all clear, and not before.

Where this differs

Decision infrastructure is not another assistant beside the workflow.

Decision intelligence in particular is a close neighbour, not a synonym. It analyses, models and recommends. Decision infrastructure is the governed operational path that turns a recommendation, or any other input, into an auditable, authorised action.

Today, Inversiq automates and governs substantial parts of the decision workflow. Over time, it is designed to run more of that workflow itself, up to the boundary of human authority. As more of the workflow moves into governed software, the unit of value becomes the governed workflow, not the software seat.

FAQ

Category questions, answered plainly.

Decision infrastructure is the software layer that turns evidence, computation, rules, review and authority into one governed path from information to a decision. It governs how the decision gets made, not only what the data shows.

Decision intelligence analyses, models and recommends: it improves the logic behind a decision. Decision infrastructure is the governed operational path that turns a recommendation, or any other input, into an auditable, authorised action, connecting evidence, computation, rules, review, authority and record end to end.

Not by default. Inversiq connects to the documents, data sources, models and enterprise systems already in place, then governs the decision workflow across them. Components can move into the native platform where that creates clear value, but the institution keeps its systems of record.

No. AI interprets evidence and prepares the decision. Calculations with a defined right answer run through deterministic software, not a language model. Material judgement and final authority stay with a named person.

Inversiq includes an agent that coordinates the work: it prepares evidence, runs checks and routes material judgement to the person accountable for it. It has no write path of its own and does not decide. Planning and broader coordination are an expanding capability, not a current one.

A calculation with a right answer needs to be reproducible, checkable and provable: the same inputs on the same engine version must produce the same result every time. That is a property of deterministic code, not of a language model, which is why the calculation path calls no language model at all.

Yes. The underlying architecture is domain-neutral. Commercial Real Estate is the first deep vertical because it combines dense documentation, financial models, repeated workflows and high-value, named-authority approvals in one demanding decision process.
